Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing captivating social media strategies that engage our audience, enhance our brand image, and drive measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall business goals, providing guidance on the best practices in content creation, audience engagement, and platform management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with Amazon's overall brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and visually compelling content tailored to various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Community Management: Foster relationships within our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with the utmost professionalism.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously enhance our strategies – bringing data-driven insights to the table.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Amazon remains a leader in social media innovation.
- Collaboration with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with key influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and promote our brand initiatives.
- Ad Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of creating successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and innovate in a rapidly changing environment.
